WARRANTY POLICY
Effective Date: January 1, 2021.
By using www.getcaligo.com (“Website”) you agree to the following terms and conditions, as well as the Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy, Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy provided on this Website. Caligo (“CALIGO” or “we” or “our”) may modify these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
We offer a 6-month Limited Warranty on all batteries, chargers, and electrical components. If you have any issues with our products, please contact CALIGO by emailing support@getcaligo.com with your order number and your shipping address, full name and description of issue. All third-party purchases will be required to provide proof of purchase from authorized retailer. Requests will generally receive a response within two (2) to five (5) business days.
The Limited Warranty shall NOT apply to:
1) Any CALIGO-branded products that are resold by the purchaser or that are purchased from unauthorized resellers or unauthorized retailers. CALIGO does not authorize resellers to sell on online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay or Walmart.com.
2) Where a CALIGO-branded product’s lack of performance is due to the Purchaser’s failure to properly maintain the CALIGO-branded product.
3) If the CALIGO-branded product has been used with aftermarket accessories such as mouthpieces that have not been approved or endorsed by CALIGO.
4) If damage to the CALIGO-branded product is cosmetic, including scratches and dents, or if lack of performance is caused by normal wear and tear or normal aging of the product. By way of example, the Limited Warranty does not cover the standard performance degradation of batteries.
5) If CALIGO determines that the CALIGO-branded product has been improperly used, altered or tampered with in any way. Purchaser assumes the risk or liability for loss arising from misuse, alteration of CALIGO-branded product or failure to follow instructions provided in user’s manual.
6) If a warranty claim is made fraudulently or by misrepresentation.
