By using www.getcaligo.com (“Website”) you agree to the following terms and conditions, as well as the Shipping and Return Policy, Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy provided on this Website. Caligo (hereinafter “CALIGO” “us” “we” or “our”) may modify these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
You must be over 21 and over the legal age in your state or province to buy or use any CALGO product.
It is your responsibility to inspect all of your items upon receipt of the shipment. Any claims for missing parts or damage must be reported within 2 business days of receipt of any CALIGO product according to the tracking info. There will be no exceptions to this policy, and we do not guarantee compatibility between items. We further do not guarantee compatibility with all 510 thread cartridges. If you have any questions about compatibly, please contact us before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.
All CALIGO products are intended for use by responsible adult users who are over the age of 21 and/or the legal smoking age of your state.
Use of the Website —By accessing the Website, you warrant and represent to CALIGO that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the Website and be subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Shipping and Return Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy contained on the Website.

Applicable laws (choice of venue and forum) — Use of the Website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, U.S., regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Virginia courts located in Arlington County, Virginia, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
Image & Content Usage – If you plan on using our images, videos, text, or products in general, you must first obtain prior written consent from us authorizing such use. Any violation will result in legal action.
Lithium-Ion Battery Warning:
CAUTION: when working with Lithium-Ion (“Li-ion”) cells, they are very sensitive to charging characteristics and may explode if mishandled. User should have enough knowledge on Li-Ion rechargeable batteries in charging, discharging, and assembly before use. Put the batteries in fire-proof container. Never leave batteries unattended when charging or while in use. Do not put batteries on wood surface or carpet when charging. Make sure to charge in fire-proof container. Only the correct rechargeable batteries should be used. Non-rechargeable batteries that are used, then charged, create a safety hazard. Do not use or charge non-rechargeable batteries in CALIGO devices. We are not responsible for damage of any modification to the batteries in form or shape. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or mishandling of Li-Ion batteries.
Furthermore, CALIGO will not be held liable or responsible for the use and/or misuse of its products, which include, but are not limited to electronic lighters and/or Li-Ion batteries. Customers and Users should use at their own risk.
