SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

By using www.getcaligo.com (“Website”) you agree to the following terms and conditions, as well as the Shipping Policy, Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy provided on this Website. Caligo Ventures, LLC (hereinafter “CALIGO” or “we” or “our”) may modify these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

Discretion is a top priority for CALIGO. Any CALIGO product ordered from the Website is shipped in discreet packaging straight to your door.

CALIGO products will be delivered by Rocketship Delivery. We are not responsible for any damaged, partially missing, lost, misrouted, delayed or not delivered shipments. If any such issues arise you must contact and work with the shipping company directly to resolve the issue. All orders will be sent via Adult Signature Required Delivery (21+). 

CALIGO orders will only ship to locations within continental North America. 

Free Shipping, if applicable, shall only apply to continental US customers. International fees will apply to any order outside of the United States. 

Returns: All CALIGO products purchased through this Website may be returned for a full refund within fourteen (14) days following the date of delivery, subject to your compliance with the following conditions. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for all returns.

(1) You include all original packaging in good condition; (2) You include all accessories and documentation in undamaged, unused new condition; (3) You include the product in undamaged, unused new condition; and (4) You include a receipt documenting your purchase of the product on this Website within the fourteen (14) day return period.

To initiate your return, please contact CALIGO Customer Support at support@getcaligo.com. After we receive your email, and have confirmed that your product is eligible for return, we will provide you with the appropriate return address for the item. As a reminder, the customer must pay the shipping for the return package. When shipping, please include the product and all required items listed in the preceding paragraph. The receipt of purchase must indicate the product to be returned, price paid, and date of purchase. Please drop off the package at your local USPS location (drop-off locations are acceptable).

Within thirty (30) business days of receiving an unused returned product that complies with the conditions for return set forth above, CALIGO will issue a refund to the method of purchase. CALIGO reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your order.
