Caligo Ventures LLC (hereinafter “CALIGO,” “we,” “our” or “its”) is deeply committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes CALIGO’s practices on www.getcaligo.com (“Website”), emails, and in connection with CALIGO’s blogs, alerts, newsletters, webinars, social media sites or programs (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy does not apply to information CALIGO collects from you in-person. By using this Website, you are agreeing to the following terms contained in this Policy.

a.Voluntarily Provided Information – CALIGO may collect your date of birth, name and email address, and may further collect your address or phone number and company name, if applicable. CALIGO may also collect any information voluntarily provided in any submission made by you through this Website.

b.Other Information – If you use this Website, through the use of cookies (please read CALIGO’s Cookies Policy for more information), CALIGO may collect, including but not limited to, information about the browser you are using, your IP address, operating system, diagnostic information (ex. crash activity), pages you visit, your location and/or what website you came from.

c.Social Media - If you connect to this Webpage from a social media network, such as Instagram or Facebook, we may collect information from the social media network in accordance with your privacy settings on that network. Such information may include your name, profile picture, network, gender, username, user ID, age or age range, language, country, friends list, follower list, and any other information you have agreed it can share or that it provides to CALIGO. d.Payment - The personal information collected to complete the payment may include the name, address, email, credit card, the bank account used for the transfer, or any other means of payment envisaged. The kind of information collected on this Website depends on the payment system used.

CALIGO may use the information collected: (i) to ship any CALIGO products to you; (ii) to prepare an invoice; (iii) to update customer records, if applicable; (iv) to provide a response/feedback from CALIGO; (v) to send out information about events, seminars, or other services that might interest you; (vi) to improve this Website’s functionality and the security of your information; and (vii) to comply with any legal or regulatory inquiries or requests.

CALIGO may share the information collected to: (i) professional advisers, partners, and agents of CALIGO; (ii) necessary vendors such as IT service providers, cloud-based solutions, third party companies providing CALIGO with business analytics and statistics to assist with its marketing campaigns (please note CALIGO contracts with all vendors to ensure they only process information collected at CALIGO’s instructions and to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information collected); (iii) any law enforcement, regulatory, or government agency requesting the collected information in connection with any inquiry, subpoena, court order, or other legal or regulatory procedures, that CALIGO would need to comply with (CALIGO may also share the information collected to establish or protect the CALIGO's legal rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of others, or to defend against legal claims; and (iv) any third party connected with business transfers (CALIGO may transfer the information collected to third parties in connection with a reorganization, restructuring, merger, acquisition, or transferring of assets of CALIGO, provided that the receiving party agrees to treat the information collected in accordance with this Policy).

With respect to any linked websites, such as YouTube and Amazon, CALIGO is not responsible for their data policies, procedures or content.

If you are a California resident, subject to the certain exceptions set forth in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended (“CCPA”), you have the right to object to the processing of your personal information, as defined in the CCPA; request the reason CALIGO collects the information; and to request a copy/correction/cessation of use of the personal information collected without fear of discriminatory treatment. In the preceding 12 months, CALIGO may have collected and processed personal information, as defined in the CCPA, for the following purposes: (i) detecting security incidents/risks; (ii) delivering products to CALIGO’s clients; and (iii) undertaking activities to verify or maintain the quality or safety of CALIGO’s products, and to improve, upgrade, or enhance CALIGO’s products.

Additionally, in the preceding 12 months, CALIGO may have disclosed to third parties for a business purpose the categories of information listed above, however, CALIGO has not sold any of such information.

  1. Security of the Information Collected:

CALIGO uses its best commercial efforts to protect this Website and your information, however, the internet is not flawless. Therefore, CALIGO does not guarantee that the use this Website or any emails will be completely safe and secure, and encourage you to use all precautions.

  1. Miscellaneous:
  1. Information Storage – CALIGO retains any and all collected information for as long as necessary to conduct the activities described in this Policy or for so long as necessary to comply with any statutory laws and/or regulatory requirements. When CALIGO no longer needs the information collected, CALIGO will either delete or anonymize your collected information.
  2. Minors – CALIGO does not knowingly collect any personal information about any individuals under the age of twenty-one (21) without the consent of such individual’s parents or legal guardians, or as permitted under applicable law.
  3. International Transfer of Information – CALIGO is located in the United States, therefore, it is possible that the information provided may be stored outside of the country or jurisdiction in which you are located.
